When I was diagnosed with early-onset Parkinson's, everyone wanted to help, but no one really knew what to say. My first cards bore messages like "Your emotions are valid. All of them are." and "Waves, in a stormy ocean," because the words on those cards brought me comfort.

Over time, I started drawing simply for the joy of creating products that help people stay connected.
